    wikoti | reservations is very affordable, we offer 2 plans with the same set of features.
    With SNACK you pay per use with a fee of 1,25 ron per reservation managed, for example if you take a reservation for 5 persons it will cost you 1,25/5=0,25 ron per guest.
    With GOURMET you opt for peacefulness paying a flat fee of 345 ron per month or once a year to make 20% savings.
    There is no set-up fee and we bear all the installation costs.
    There is no hidden-cost.

    Installation is free of charge. There is no setup fee, the installation cost is on us.
    When you will subscribe your staff will be trained for free.

    You pay only for the subscription you have chosen, no set-up fee.

    GOURMET and SNACK has the same set of features. The only difference is the way to pay for it:
    with SNACK you per reservations managed with the application irrespective of the number of guests
    with GOURMET you pay a flat fee monthly or yearly
    You can swith at any time between the 2 options.
    If you got more than 10 reservations a day or if you prefer fix prices then select GOURMET.
    Choose a yearly subscription to save 20%.

    You can assign to free tables any guest who didn’t book a table and come to your restaurant. That table will be set as occupied and will not be available to online reservations until it will be free again.
    In one click you can add your walk-ins customer with wikoti | reservations and  get a complete and accurate view of your past, present and future restaurant occupancy

    We have grouped into A LA CARTE features that are not required by the majority of restaurants, so you don’t have to pay for features you are not using.
    Among them:
    – notifications and reminders send also by SMS (there are sent by email by default)
    – pre-payment, in case of special events you may be willing to secure your bookings by asking customers to issue a pre-payment by card
    – if you run several restaurants it could be nice to ‘merge’ all your customers data base into one and share it between restaurants
