    Unlike some reservation solutions we don't charge per customer we 'bring' to your restaurant. It means we are not fighting against your brand to get first on Google results. We charge a fair price for a solution that will bring you a lot of benefits and savings.

As we know the customer database you have been building by using wikoti | reservations is gold for you, you will be able to export it before the end of the paid period and keep it after the service is stopped.

    Wikoti | reservations is an affordable system based on fair and transparent prices.

    Thus, we offer you the QUICK BITES, SNACK, and GOURMET options. They work on a monthly subscription basis. Basically, you pay a fee at the beginning of each month.

    Alternatively, you can opt for annual payment for SNACK and GOURMET subscriptions. Thus, you benefit from a discount equivalent to one month of free use of the system.

    You can add additional A la Carte features to your QUICK BITES and SNACK subscriptions, which are paid monthly. Gourmet already includes all A la Carte features.

    Installation is free of charge. There is no set-up fee, the installation cost is on us.
    When you will subscribe your staff will be trained for free.

    There are no hidden costs. You pay only for the subscription and for the extra options you have chosen, with no set-up fee.

    Yes. If you want to benefit from a month in which you can use our reservation system for free, our advice is to choose the SNACK or GOURMET plan and pay annually. This means that you will only be billed once a year. Extra options, as well as SMS notifications that exceed the number of free SMS allocated, are paid monthly if you have activated them for your restaurant.

    Remember that you can switch plans at any time.

    You can assign to free tables any guest who didn’t book a table and come to your restaurant. That table will be set as occupied and will not be available to online reservations until it will be free again.

    We have grouped into A LA CARTE a set of amazing features that are not required by all the restaurants, so you don’t have to pay for something you are not using.
    Among them:
    – Notifications and reminders are sent also by SMS (they are sent by email by default)
    – Pre-payment, in case of special events you may be willing to secure your bookings by asking customers to issue a pre-payment by card
    – If you run several restaurants it could be nice to ‘merge’ all your customer databases into one and share it between restaurants
